Which apps can I import from?
TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, plus screenshots and photos of cookbook pages. Use Share in the app and pick CartPlate, or paste a link with the + button.
How accurate are the macros?
They are estimates, made by matching each ingredient to nutrition data. If a creator didn’t say an amount, CartPlate marks it so you can check. They are not medical advice.
How does sending to my cart work?
Choose Kroger, Walmart or Instacart. CartPlate adds the matched items to your cart with that store, and you review and check out in their app or site. Prices are set by the store.
Does editing a recipe change the original?
No. Every edit, yours or the AI’s, is saved as a new version. You can restore or fork any version.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to You → Delete account, or email support@cartplate.com.
